An award-winning agency founder and creative thinker, Steve has spent over 30 years at the forefront of how brands construct and amplify their creative point of view into the world.
With an early background leading creative in the 1990s at Pentland Group on brands such as Speedo, Ellesse, Kickers, and across their football division, Steve established the original Liquid agency in London in 2000 before moving the operation to Liverpool in 2004, where they have since built up an impressive international client roster largely focused on the fashion and retail sectors.

Rhodri has 20 years of experience driving brand fame, engagement, and commercial growth for global brands, most recently as Head of Marketing at Gucci, previously holding brand leadership roles at Levi’s and ASICS.

With a decade as a chief exec and two decades on the main board of directors, Alpesh also has experience as a chairman, board advisor, mentor, and angel investor to a range of businesses from different sectors.
